INTERACT3 aims to determine the effectiveness of goals-directed care bundle of active management involving early physiology control (intensive blood pressure lowering, glycaemic control, and early treatment of pyrexia) and reversal of anticoagulation, versus usual standard of care, on functional outcome in patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage (ICH).
